The SAHPHAR Commonwealth Currency is extended under the New
Mexico Nonprofit Act Ch.53, Art. 8, NMSA 1978, as a Federal 501c(3)
nonprofit organization operating under the Chashah Parliament as a
foundational community currency that circulates within its perimeters
for consumer fair trading. The targeted circumference in New Mexico
for SAHPHAR Currency disbursement are Cibola & McKinley Counties.

SAHPHAR GOALS.
We have established goals to develop stabilization
for our community by using the SAHPHAR. The key objectives for our community currency initiative, where locals will benefit, is an exciting mission that generates efficiency for economic viability.
ECONOMIC RESOLUTIONS.
The SAHPHAR Commonwealth Currency is a provisional certificate for bartering that
is systematically designed to address the diverse requirements within its community, which is unified by a collective commitment to preserving the integrity of commercial
and private transactions through encompassing the exchange of goods and services. The SAHPHAR is founded on the core objective of eradicating opportunities of illicit activities and offers an established regulatory framework that promotes fair trade practices, while contributing to opportunities of transparency, accountability, and
ethical conduct within the community.
The SAHPHAR allocates consumer confidence by protecting the rights of stakeholders, and stimulating sustainable economic development, and instilling reinforced State compliance regulations resulting to ethical business practices. The SAHPHAR actively operates in the American market for consumers, business owners, and marginalized communities, who are based in the State of New Mexico, to conserve economic viability.
Community Revitalization

Boost Local Business: We are focused on stimulating the local economy by encouraging our local residents to shop at local businesses using the SAHPHAR, and our SAHPHAR E-Shop.
At the minimum we are acquiring 50 local retailers, service providers, and
manufacturers to remain operative using the SAHPHAR currency. We purpose
to keep wealth circulating within our community to increase the community
economic multiplier effect by 3-5 times compared to national currency spending.
