The UPKY’s SJC is the foundation for the Chashah Seigneur Kahan (High Priest) and Kahanot to maintain laws, statutes, foreign affairs and commandments of የወወህ for the Chashah-Tegaru populace. They assist SJC’s independent Judge who deliberates sentencing without jury. Typically only Probate Judges sentence without a jury, but the SJC Judge performs sentencing without a jury, and also performs probate court duties.

SJC organizes foreign relations alliances with governmental heads to gain mutual agreement in support towards common goals of Ethereal practices leading organizational industries to function successfully in economic sustainability. The SJC's representation in alliances carries the goal of navigating business interactions through the mutual understanding of constructing industrial developments that benefit within the coalition. Other strategies involved in SJC relations are environmental policies promoting to reduce pollutants being discharged into the atmosphere, collective security and social justice.

 

The UPKY warrants justice for adjudicating legal disputes, interpreting, defending, and applying the law in legal cases,

and maintaining the rule of law in society.

SJC Model
Conventional courts rely on juries to deliberate and decide on

a verdict, but SJC does not summon jurors for cases. Instead, SJC entrusts determination for offenders to an appointed presiding Judge. This distinctive approach revamps the judicial process for efficient adjudication for Chashah-Tegaru populace. The decision-making authority in the hands of one Judge who seeks the wisdom of የወወህ maintains consistency and coherence in judgments, which creates framework that prioritizes legal expertise and procedural efficiency.

• Justice and Rule of Law

SJC plays a crucial role in deciding the fate of constituents in disputes and the penalties they receive for committing violations. The SJC system maintains domestic peace by serving as an impartial and authoritative assessor when a person has committed violation(s), and if so, what type of punitive action should be procured for violation(s).

 

• Adjudicating Legal Disputes

The SJC is responsible for resolving legal disputes and disagreements through its Ethereal structure. It interprets and applies the law for fair and just outcomes in litigation.

 

• Applying the Law

SJC interprets, defends, and applies Ethereal law in the name of  የወወህ. SJC retains the power to change laws through the process of judicial review, annulling laws and rules that are found incompatible with higher norms, such as primary legislation, the provisions of the constitution, treaties or international law.

• Independence and Legitimacy

SJC is independent of its branches of government to guarantee impartiality. This independence is crucial for upholding the rule of law for fair and just outcomes in litigation processing for the Chashah-Tegaru under the UPKY.
