Workforce Solutions (WFS) program offers a range of support solutions to displaced Tigrayans and Horn Africans seeking employment. These services are career counseling, resume building, interview preparation, and job search assistance. WFS   equips individuals with the necessary tools to navigate the job market and secure meaningful employment.


WFS program issues valuable job facts and resources to displaced Tigrayans, helping them make informed decisions about their career paths namely; in-demand industries, job market trends, and skill development opportunities. By staying updated on current job market dynamics, individuals can identify promising sectors and acquire the skills needed to succeed in their chosen fields.

 

Recognizing the importance of skills training and development, the Workforce Solutions program offers access to vocational training programs, workshops, and educational resources. These initiatives enhances individuals' existing skills and or equip them with new ones, increasing their employ-ability and opening doors to a wider range of job opportunities.
