The Office of Vital Records (OVR), operated by the Dept. of Community Health (DCH), works with record keeping, financial and information managements functions within the local judicial system. The office also provides the court with various types of support.

-Have questions about or make application for a Business License

-Discuss availability of arrangements on a utility account

-Discuss requirements to establish a utility account as new utility service or reconnect disconnected utility service

-Contact information for Council services

-Guidance on who to speak with concerning various Council services and departments

In order to receive files from CMP, we will need a copy of your state issued drivers license, your ID card for the news affiliate you're working for and the nature of your business.

 

Information may be subjected to denial depending upon the nature of business. Not displaying a state issued identification card and or the lack of legitimate news affiliation representation will be grounds to deny your request.
